User Service Agreement and Privacy Policy

Before accepting this Agreement, please carefully read and fully understand all terms, especially the clauses regarding exemption or limitation of liability, applicable law, and dispute resolution, which are highlighted for your attention in bold and underlined format. By clicking "Agree," activating, paying for, continuing to use this application's services, or participating in related activities, you are deemed to have fully understood and accepted all terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the content of this Agreement, please cease using the application immediately. This Agreement serves as a supplementary agreement between you and the application service provider (hereinafter uniformly referred to as the "Service Provider"). Matters not stipulated herein shall be subject to the Service Provider's public announcements. The Service Provider reserves the right to update the terms in accordance with the law, with updates taking effect upon publication. Chapter 1 Definitions and Scope 1.1 "You," "User," or "End User" Refers to the natural person or legal entity who downloads, installs, or uses this application, being the end user of Apple devices and the specific operator of the application (hereinafter uniformly referred to as "User"). 1.2 "Application" and "Apple App Store" Refers to the application software program developed and listed on the Apple App Store for Apple devices. The application may release different version numbers due to functional upgrades and iterations. The Apple App Store is operated by Apple Inc., and all applications provided by Service Providers must be reviewed and approved by Apple Inc. before they can be listed for users to download, install, and use. 1.3 "Premium Features," "Subscription," or "Order" Refers to specific services that require payment to unlock. Users must purchase them through the built-in payment system within the Apple App Store before they can be used. Chapter 2 Service Content 2.1 Basic Features • The application provides localized tool services (such as file management, device optimization, etc.). No account registration is required, and no user data is collected (except for information like device model voluntarily provided by users when submitting feedback, issues, or suggestions to the Service Provider). All operations are performed locally on the device. 2.2 Premium Features • Features marked as "PRO," "VIP," "Premium Features," or other labels indicating they require payment to unlock within this application, distinct from basic features; • Users can purchase Premium Features through the Apple App Store payment system. After purchase, an internet connection is required to verify the subscription status. The internet connection is solely used to verify the subscription and the validity of the payment transaction. It does not transmit user privacy data to the Service Provider, and the Service Provider cannot obtain any personal privacy information of the user. Chapter 3 User Rights and Obligations 3.1 User Rights • Legally install and use the application's basic features on the device; • Freely choose whether to purchase Premium Features; • Stop using the application and uninstall it at any time. 3.2 Prohibited User ConductDo not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or crack the application to circumvent restrictions on paid features; • Do not use the application for illegal activities, such as spreading viruses or attacking devices; • Do not share or resell paid, unlocked Premium Features to third parties. Chapter 4 Payment and Purchase Rules 4.1 Purchase Method Premium Features must be purchased through the official Apple App Store payment channel (In-App Purchase - IAP). Prices are as displayed on the purchase page. 4.2 Purchase Content Purchase items are divided into two forms: consumable and permanent. Consumable items deplete gradually with use and can be repurchased; permanent items do not expire and are valid for life. 4.3 Subscription/Order Management Subscriptions are divided into two forms: Auto-Renewable Subscriptions and Non-Renewing Subscriptions. • Auto-Renewable Subscription: A service that automatically renews and charges fees at fixed intervals (e.g., monthly/yearly), unless the user actively cancels it; • Non-Renewing Subscription: Does not automatically renew or charge upon expiry; requires manual repurchase; • Users with auto-renewing subscriptions can view, manage, and turn off auto-renewal in their Apple ID settings on Apple devices; 4.4 Refund Processing Users may request refunds from Apple. Refunds are subject to the Apple App Store refund policy. The Service Provider does not directly handle payment disputes. 4.5 Service Interruption If verification fails due to force majeure (e.g., network failure, Apple server outage), Premium Features will be suspended until verification is restored. 4.6 Issue Resolution For any issues encountered during the payment process (e.g., payment failure, network issues), please contact Apple Inc. for resolution. The Service Provider is not involved in Apple's payment processes. Chapter 5 Privacy Protection Statement 5.1 Privacy Policy Summary This application has no account system, collects no data, and offers no cloud storage; it is a purely local tool. An internet connection is only required when unlocking Premium Features to retrieve subscription plans and pricing information and to process payments via Apple's payment network. 5.2 Data Collection Principles The application does not collect, transmit, or store user device data or personally identifiable information (including but not limited to location, contacts, device identifiers). 5.3 Special Note on Payment Verification • During subscription verification, only an anonymous transaction receipt is sent to Apple's servers; it is not linked to user identity; • The connection is terminated immediately after verification is complete, with no network logs retained. 5.4 Children's Privacy The application is not designed for minor users. If a minor uses the application, the guardian assumes responsibility for any purchases. Chapter 6 Disclaimer 6.1 Functionality Availability Basic features operate based on the local device environment. The Service Provider cannot guarantee 100% compatibility or issue resolution. 6.2 Risks of Premium Features The Service Provider shall not be liable for purchase failures or financial losses resulting from user actions such as jailbreaking, device modification, or installation through unofficial channels. 6.3 Statutory Exemptions Service termination due to force majeure events (e.g., typhoons, earthquakes, wars, power infrastructure failures, data center damage, or regulatory changes) shall not constitute breach of contract. Chapter 7 Intellectual Property 7.1 Copyright Ownership All application code, interface designs, and trademarks are proprietary to the Service Provider; 7.2 Copyright Protection Users are granted usage rights only. Reverse engineering, decompilation, modification, code cracking, copying, leasing, or selling application components, code, and graphical interfaces is strictly prohibited. Chapter 8 Agreement Modification and Termination 8.1 Agreement Modification The Service Provider reserves the right to update this Agreement. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms; 8.2 Agreement Termination Users may terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling the application; 8.3 Violation Consequences When users violate prohibited terms, the Service Provider reserves the right to permanently block device access to Premium Features. Chapter 9 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution 9.1 Governing Law This Agreement is governed by the laws of the country or region where the application is listed; 9.2 Dispute Resolution Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the People's Court in the defendant's jurisdiction for litigation. Chapter 10 Miscellaneous Provisions 10.1 Terms Clarification This Agreement operates independently of Apple App Store terms without conflict. Apple Inc. bears no responsibility for application operations; 10.2 Contact Information Contact Methods: Refer to the "Contact Us" option in the "Settings" or "About Us" section for communication channels. 10.3 Language Version These terms are provided in languages including Chinese and English, subject to actual availability. For other languages, please consult the English version and translate independently. 10.4 Final Interpretation The Service Provider retains final authority to interpret this Agreement.

在接受本协议之前,请您务必审慎阅读、充分理解各条款内容,特别是免除或者限制责任的条款、法律适用和争议解决条款等以粗体下划线格式提示您注意的内容。 当您包括但不限于点击同意、开通、付费、继续使用本应用服务或参与相关活动,即视为您已完全理解并接受本协议全部条款。若您不同意本协议内容,请立即停止使用应用。 若您对本协议有任何疑问,可通过本应用中"设置"界面中的"意见反馈"或"联系我们"进行咨询。 本协议作为您与应用服务提供方(下文统一称为"服务方")签署的补充协议,未约定事项以服务方公示为准。服务方有权依法更新条款,更新内容通过公示生效。 第一章 定义与范围 1.1 "您"、"用户"或"最终用户" 指下载、安装、使用本应用的自然人或法人实体,属于苹果设备终端用户及应用程序的具体操作者(下文统一称为"用户")。 1.2 "应用"及"苹果应用商店" 指开发上架于苹果应用商店(App Store)的苹果设备的应用软件程序,应用会因功能升级迭代发布不同版本号。苹果应用商店由苹果公司运营,所有服务方提供的应用程序需经过苹果公司审核批准后在才能上架供用户下载安装使用。 1.3 "高级功能"、"订阅"或"订购" 指需付费解锁的特定服务,用户需通过苹果应用商店内置的支付系统购买后方可使用。 第二章 服务内容 2.1 基本功能 • 应用提供本地化工具服务(如文件管理、设备优化等),无需注册账户,不收集任何用户数据(用户向服务方反馈问题或意见建议时主动提供设备型号等信息除外),所有操作均在设备本地完成。 2.2 高级功能 • 本应用中标记"PRO"、"VIP"、"高级功能"或其他需要付费解锁才可使用的功能,区别于基本功能; • 用户可通过苹果应用商店支付系统购买高级功能,购买后需联网验证订阅状态。联网仅用于验证订阅和支付行为有效性,不向服务方传输用户隐私数据,服务方无法获取任何用户个人隐私信息第三章 用户权利与义务 3.1 用户权利 • 在设备上合法安装、使用应用基础功能; • 自主选择是否购买高级功能; • 随时停止使用应用并卸载。 3.2 用户禁止行为不得对应用进行反向工程、反编译、修改或破解,以规避付费功能限制; • 不得利用应用从事违法活动,如传播病毒、攻击设备等; • 不得将付费解锁的高级功能共享、转售给第三方。 第四章 付费购买规则 4.1 购买方式 高级功能需通过苹果应用商店官方支付渠道(IAP内购)购买,价格以购买页面展示为准。 4.2 购买内容 购买项目分为消耗性和永久性两种形式。消耗性会随着使用逐渐耗尽,可再次购买;永久性的不会到期,终生有效。 4.3 订阅/订购管理 订阅分自动续期订阅和非续期订阅两种形式。 • 自动续期订阅:在固定时间段(如每月/每年等)自动扣费续订的服务,除非用户主动取消,否则系统会自动续订并扣款; • 非续期订阅:到期后不会自动扣款续费,需手动重新购买; • 自动续订的订阅用户可在苹果设备的Apple ID设置中查看管理并关闭; 4.4 退款处理 用户可向苹果申请退款,退款需遵守苹果应用商店退款政策,服务方不直接处理支付争议4.5 服务中断 因不可抗力(如网络故障、苹果服务器中断)导致验证失败时,高级功能将暂停至恢复验证。 4.6 问题解决 用户在支付过程中的任何问题(如支付失败、网络故障等)请联系苹果公司解决,服务方不涉及苹果公司支付行为。 第五章 隐私保护声明 5.1 隐私政策摘要 本应用无账户体系、无数据收集、无云存储,为纯本地化工具。仅在付费解锁高级功能时需要联网拉取订阅方案及价格信息并通过苹果公司支付网络进行支付。 5.2 数据收集原则 应用不收集、不传输、不存储用户设备数据或个人身份信息(包括但不限于位置、通讯录、设备标识符)。 5.3 付费验证的特别说明 • 订阅验证时仅向苹果服务器发送匿名交易凭证,不关联用户身份; • 验证完成后立即断开连接,不留存任何网络日志。 5.4 儿童隐私 应用不面向未成年人用户设计,若未成年人使用,需由监护人承担购买责任。 第六章 免责声明 6.1 功能可用性 基础功能依设备本地环境运行,服务方无法承诺100%兼容性或问题修复。 6.2 付费功能风险 用户因越狱、破解设备、非官方渠道安装等行为导致购买失效的,或者资金损失的,服务方不承担责任。 6.3 法定免责情形 因台风、地震等自然灾害或战争、电力基础设施中断、机房损毁、法规变更等不可抗力导致服务终止的,不视为违约。 第七章 知识产权 7.1 版权所属 应用所有代码、界面设计、商标归属服务方所有; 7.2 版权保护 用户仅获得使用授权,不得对应用进行反向工程、反编译、修改或破解代码,并复制、出租、出售本应用中的组件、代码及图形设计界面第八章 协议变更与终止 8.1 协议变更 服务方有权更新协议,更新后继续使用视为接受新条款; 8.2 协议终止 用户可随时卸载应用终止协议; 8.3 违反条款禁用 用户违反禁止条款时,服务方有权永久封禁设备访问高级功能第九章 法律适用与争议解决 9.1 适用法律 本协议适用于应用上架所在国家或地区当地法律; 9.2 争议解决 争议应友好协商解决,协商不成时,提交被告所在地人民法院诉讼解决第十章 其他条款 10.1 条款说明 本协议独立于苹果应用商店条款,与苹果公司的协议条款不冲突,苹果公司不参与应用运营责任; 10.2 联系方式 联系方式:参见"设置"或"关于我们"页面中的"联系我们",点击后可与我们联系。 10.3 条款语言 本内容提供中英等国语言,具体以实际提供为准,其他各国语言请参考英文版本,并自行翻译阅读。 10.4 最终解释权 本协议最终解释权归服务方所有。
